Default Lead weights for daytime swords and deep dropping

I have a few questions about what you guys use for weight

    1. What type(shape) of weight prefered for each?
    2. Is there some type of weight that would be prefered that isn't readily available?
    3. Is there a good outlet to buy the weights and what price per pound are you paying when you buy?

I suggest joining RJ's "Crew" for $30.00 a month and go through the videos. There's a tremendous amount of information there.
    Good Luck

First, I second idea by Flight Risk. Great idea plus Bobby is a hoot. especially if you are obsessive like him (we are)

TO THE QUESTION SPECIFICALLY: This gets a little complex with Swords depending on current speed in your area, standard dropping (tubular lead weight) vs sacrificial weight. These days, we mostly use sacrificial weights but that might be left for another thread. We use 2 to 4lb ball weights for Tiles etc but we are also in Gulf with slower current.

FYI, good place for weights affordably shipped: http://www.gratefullead.com/

But back to Flight Risk idea. If you live in that area of FL, go to the shop, talk to them, look around and they have anything you could want for deep dropping. Even better, go on a charter with them and you will get all the speed dating education you could ask for.
